Directions:

To open or download a file Click on the BOLD BLUE TEXT for the file name to open it or save it to your computer.  The files are in Microsoft Word and Excel and or Adobe Acrobat.

You need Microsoft Office to Open the Word and Excel files and Adobe Reader to open the Adobe PDF Files.

Sponsor Directions:

This is in Adobe PDF you can open this and print it out or save it to your computer.  These are instructions on what to do  as a Sponsor.

Pilgrim Application:

This is in Adobe PDF you can open this and print it out and then fill in the blanks.  This gets MAILED to the Registrar when completed.

This is in Excel you can open this and print it out and then fill in the blanks or open it and fill in the blanks then print it or save it to your computer.  The Pilgrims application is the first worksheet. The Sponsors application is the second worksheet.  Both Sheets ges MAILED to the Registrar when completed.
