Meetings will begin PROMPTLY at 8:30AM, try to arrive a little earlier AROUND 8:00AM to greet each other and fellowship. The meeting will try to end by 3:00PM if not a little earlier. Unless times are otherwise noted differently.
If you are asked to serve in the meeting by either assisting in presenting training, music, skits, films or previewing your talk, make every possible effort to be there, if you can't please notify the Team Leader at least three days prior to the meeting.
Lunch is usually scheduled at noon, typically there is a $5.00 donation requested.
Please make every effort to remain for the entire meeting, if Jesus can be there for the whole meeting, surely your schedule can accomodate HIS.
Please remember that the upcoming weekend, team meeting and ministry and its leaders need your prayers.
Please remember to pray for your prayer partners throughout the times we are apart, pray for their needs and struggles.
